1. 🧾 Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment (as applicable).

• Customers must provide accurate personal details (name, ID proof, passport details if required).

2. 💳 Payment Policy

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

• Full payment must be completed before travel dates.

• Prices may change without prior notice due to airline, hotel, or currency fluctuations.

3. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of cancellation.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days.

• Some bookings (flights, hotels, special packages) may be non-refundable.

4. 🔄 Changes & Modifications

• Any changes in travel dates, destinations, or services are subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply for modifications.

5. ✈️ Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, and other required documents.

• The agency is not responsible for denial of boarding due to incorrect or missing documents.

6. 🏨 Hotel & Transport

• Hotel check-in/check-out timings must be followed.

• Transportation services are subject to local conditions and schedules.

• The agency is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party services.

7. ⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

• The agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or damage caused during travel.

8. 🌦️ Force Majeure

• The agency is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, political issues, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. 📸 Use of Media

• Photos/videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the customer objects in writing.

10. 📞 Customer Responsibility

• Customers must follow local laws, rules, and guidelines during travel.

• Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

11. ⚖️ Jurisdiction

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts (your city, e.g., Panipat/Delhi).

• By booking with us, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions.
